- Repairs: We strive to address any repair requests within 24 to 48 hours. Please let us know by informing the administration or sending us an email.
- Parking: Parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Kindly note that vehicle safety is the owner's responsibility.
- Surveillance: For your safety, the premises are under surveillance. Workspace access is provided to one assigned person per organization who may delegate access to disclosed and registered staff members.
- Additional Charges: Additional persons beyond the specified headcount will incur extra charges.
- Meeting Rooms: Our meeting rooms are available at discounted rates for existing clients on a prior booking basis.
- Mail/Parcels: Please inform the administration if you are expecting any mail or parcels. We cannot be held liable for any losses or damages.
- Access Code: Kindly keep your access code private and do not share it with non-members or strangers.
- Review: We encourage you to regularly review our common services and code of conduct on our website.
- Fair Use: Please use the facilities and resources fairly and refrain from making permanent changes to the workspace without approval.
- Food Consumption: To prevent any issues with insects, please consume food only in designated areas.

- Conduct: Harassment, illegal activities, and violation of intellectual property laws are strictly prohibited.

- Smoking & Alcohol: Smoking is allowed only in designated areas. Alcohol and illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
- Business Address: You may use the provider’s address as your business address only. Please obtain prior consent for other uses.
- Disruptions: Kindly avoid actions that may disturb other clients or the provider’s operations.
- Client Information: Please provide necessary information about all occupants for safety and security purposes.
5. Business Hours
Our general business hours are from 7 AM to 7 PM. For after-hours access, please contact the administration.

The terms of the signed agreement are confidential. Please do not disclose them without the provider’s consent, except as required by law.
7. Use of the Website
