How do I get charged?

Payments are charged monthly. You can choose our pricing plans according to your needs. Rates on our custom plans are agreed on the exact services required from us. This is decided through meetings and formally agreed upon before starting work.

How do I know you're the right fit for me?

We can provide a trial period for some services. However, we are a dedicated team, and if you feel that the right candidate is not provided for the service, we can always switch and change the person handling the work.

What is your typical working process when getting started with a new client?

We will first have a meeting and then analyse the requirements in detail. Once that is done, we will discuss it with our team and present a proposal at our next meeting and how we will handle everything methodically.

How long will it take to get an estimate from you?

We hate to keep you waiting. Setting up a team, doing preliminary research and analysis, and getting back to you with the contract will take up to 24 hours from the moment we learn what’s needed.

I want to request a particular time for my work. Can I?

Of course you can! Our services are adaptive and flexible. We’ll adapt to the way you work, not the other way around.

What if I surpass my designated hours?

We will notify you of the same, and you will have the option of upgrading your plan or settling the balance only.

Can I meet with you in-person to discuss my needs?

We all embrace hybrid working as a team, so we don’t offer in-person sales meetings or consultations unfortunately. We feel that a consultation call is just as useful, whilst saving you the travel time, meaning you can get on with the rest of your day. We can always speak over video if you would like to see who you are working with; just let us know.

How can I make the payment?

You can pay through a bank transfer.

I’m just a startup. Will these services be right for me?

Yes. These services are designed in a way that the hassle of management is handled on our end, and just a flexible payment is arranged to get the work that you need done. What more could a startup ask for.

What’s the difference between bookkeeping and accounting?

Bookkeeping is the process of recording daily transactions in a consistent way and is a key component to building a financially successful business. Bookkeepers take care of the day-to-day financials, like posting credits and debits, maintaining the general ledger, and completing payroll.
Accounting is a high-level process that uses financial information compiled by a bookkeeper or business owner and produces financial models using that information.

How do I work with my VA?

We don’t set any rules here. Most clients prefer to use a combination of email and phone calls to work with their VA, whereas others like to use Slack (a real-time messaging platform) or a to-do list app like TickTick.
It’s really completely up to you and your VA. If you prefer to work a certain way, just let us know on your consultation call and we’ll make sure your VA is happy to meet those requirements.

How soon can I expect a response for a normal task?

Our VA is available at the agreed times you need. Our service can be provided 24/7 with multiple assistants.

What if I don’t like my assistant?

We can always train them or give you another one immediately.
